To Whom It May concern:

We came across Hydraulic Component Services when we had an untimely cylinder failure that resulted in a machine shutting down. When they were quick on the repair turn around, we decided to keep them in mind as a future reference. Since then, they have done numerous repairs for our company. On several occasions, HCS has stayed open past their normally scheduled hours, and have even opened on weekends in order to accommodate our available hours to give them bad cylinders. Their repairs have all proven to be quality repairs, and have always lasted. Randy is always willing to pick up a cylinder. Scot, the shop foreman, along with Christy and Alma in the office, are always willing to help and are very communicative with us. HCS is always willing to help in the many things we ask of them, including sourcing parts. We look forward to continue using Hydraulic Component Services in our future endeavors.
