Hydraulic Component Services can rebuild and supply many different varieties of pumps including hydraulic pumps, pneumatic pumps, gear pumps, vacuum pumps, piston pumps, centrifugal pumps, air over oil pumps, and bane pumps.

We provide service for all Vickers, Cessna, Hydreco, Commercial, Dynapower, Sundstrand, Char Lynn, Ross, Eaton, Continental, Webster, Hydura, Tyrone, H.P.M., Parker Hannifin, Gresen, Dynex, Racine, Denison, Oilgear, and Rexroth hydraulic pumps and motors. Mazak and Mori Seki are two of the many CNC machine manufacturers for whom we rebuild the components.

All wear areas are inspected and then replaced or reclaimed by one of our material transfer processes. The units are checked for proper G.P.M., P.S.I., and torque output, fitted with cap plugs and painted.

All cylinders are disassembled, inspected, and cleaned. Shafts and tubes are checked for taper, concentricity, and chrome plating. Pistons and bearings are checked and, when necessary, are resized to factory tolerances. All cylinders are honed and polished. Packing seals, wipers and piston rings are replaced. All cylinders are pressure oil tested and painted.

We rebuild and supply NFPA tie rod cylinders, ISO cylinders, and custom design cylinders.

Hydraulic Component Services can rebuild or supply new industrial and mobile valves.

We can provide complete valve rebuilding and reconditioning at substantial savings. In our process, valves are completely disassembled, chemically cleaned, and inspected. Worn bodies are precision honed for cleanup and straightness. Pitted and worn spools are pre-ground, chrome plated, finish ground, and are refit back into the valve body to proper tolerances.

All check valves, cylinder port reliefs and the main relief are inspected, reseated, and reset to manufacturer’s specifications. All seals are replaced, and the valve is pressure oil tested. Internal leakage is measured in cubic inch leakage per minute and back pressured for external leakage. The valve body is fitted with cap plugs and painted.
